Since our business specializes in presentation design services and sells products through GraphyPix, a marketplace, all of our products—including presentation templates, social media templates, infographics, mockups, resumes, print design, and many others—are available digitally.
Standard Products Delivery:
The system will automatically complete the delivery from Saturday until Thursday (anytime within 24 hours). Following acceptance of their payment confirmation email, customers typically receive their ordered products within a few working days. A payment confirmation email with a file attachment (in.zip format) will be sent to the customer after they have finished all payment processing steps.
Procedures for processing payments:
- To create your account, you must register. You can sign in if you already have an account by entering your email address and the password you created (Note: remember your email and password).
- Before deciding to checkout, you can browse all of the available products and gather your desired products by temporarily bookmarking them.
- When making an online purchase, the applicable price and checkout buttons will be displayed on the item page. Alternatively, you can choose additional products you want to purchase together while also adding your chosen item to the cart.
- A purchase receipt will be sent to the email address associated with the Product(s) once all payment processes have been successfully completed.

How to find out the status of your delivery
When your order has been delivered, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please email us at info@graphypix.com with your name and order number if you haven’t received your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation email, and we’ll look into it for you.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If the delivered product is broken or defective, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@graphypix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
