In case you have purchased a monthly subscription and wish to upgrade it to a quarter or yearly plan, you can do so. Click the profile icon at the top right and select “Subscription”. Then, select your plan and click “Change Plan”. We will charge the difference so that you can start enjoying your new yearly plan right away.
Please note that it is not possible to change a yearly plan to a monthly plan. In this case, you must cancel your yearly plan and wait until its active period expires. Then, you can purchase a monthly plan.

No, only the automatic renewal, as long as you did not cancel that option.

  1. In case your card is in error, you can try again as soon as you have solved this issue with your card.
  2. If your payment has been declined, our system will try to process the payment three more times. For this reason, we recommend that you contact your bank to solve the issue and request that they accept the charge.

In case all attempts fail, our system will automatically cancel the payment request and you will need to purchase a new plan again.

Yes. Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option. Access your payment data (go to your profile options and click “Subscription”) and update them. Make sure that your credit card has not expired and is enabled for online payments, (including international and recurring payments). Then, proceed to purchase a subscription again, just like you did the first time.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, as long as 24 hours have passed after the payment so that our system can process it correctly.

You will still be able to use our website as a premium user until the last day of your purchased subscription.
